[Fredslist] Bankruptcy Lawyer needed

I represent a court appointed Receiver of a corporation in the retail food business.  The company has no money, is not operating, has huge debts, a number of lawsuits pending, and the Surrogates Court ordered my client to retain bankruptcy counsel for a filing.  There is $7,000 in the company account.  It would be a Chapter 7 liquidation.
