Good Morning Gotham,
 
As the Co-chair of Gotham's Mentoring Program, I am very interested in
Mentoring vignettes - yes, the successes and the not so successful matches.
It is the "feedback" that improves the program.
 
On the same topic, I am "in the market" for willing Mentors as I have
Mentees waiting for assignment.  Keep in mind we all have different skills
and sharing those skills is a learning process for all.  For those of you
who are new to Gotham, this is a benefit of your membership you should take
advantage of.
