[Fredslist] diversity question

I really need to hear from some Gotham folks on DIVERSITY in recruiting etc
for major companies.
I have to develop a diversity strategy for recruiting and need some input
from the Gay and Lesbian community,
The Hispanic community, African American community etc
and people with
disabilities community. The focus of this Diversity Strategy would be for
the acquisition of senior executives in financial services, particularly
wealth management.

ANY assistance would be so appreciated
to be directed to people, resources
and if anyone has any ideas to share, I would be so grateful!
