[Fredslist] Conract attorney needed

I am going to be in need of an attorney, in Manhattan,  who  specializes in 
contracts having to do with the Internet, specifically web sites. 
 
In addition, I need him/her to be kind (read as not too expensive) to  
not-for-profit organizations whose only raison d'etre is to educate sick  patients.
 
If anyone can identify such a person (friend) Gotham can do it.
