A cup of hot coffee on a cold, rainy day and another exciting ;-) email 
tip from your friendly webmaster.

I see so many bounces (email that is automatically rejected) from the 
members when people send an attachment of any kind (PDF, Word document, 
etc) that has lead me to suggest Email Tip #2

To maximize the reach of your email to ALL Gotham members, don't send 
attachments. Now I know all of you are frowning in disbelief and 
wondering -- now what do I do!  Well there are a couple of solutions.

1. Create a link in your email to your website to download the 
important file you want everybody to see or
2. Put the message in the body of the email with as little html as 
possible or
3. Ask the members to email you directly and you will send it to them 
individually.

I know, I know this can be a hassle BUT you will be reaching more 
members and isn't that the goal?
