Due to the recent storms my partner had a flood in his basement. put on
a wait list by so many other companies he was complaining when I
overheard and offered a Gotham solution.  Not only did Melanie make sure
he was put on a list and taken care of immediately, but he is running
around the office today extolling the virtues of Branch Services--
courteous, thorough, etc.  So while this may be the second thank you to
Melanie and the company, I thought it appropriate to do so.
