[Fredslist] Upcoming Klein Zelman Year End Seminar

We are in the process of planning our firm's end of the year seminar. (Stay
tuned, the topic this year is going to be great!).  We have been asked
several times over the years to also do our seminar on LI.  If there is
sufficient interest, we would be happy to do so.  We are working on dates
in early December.  This is an opportunity not only for Gotham members but
for you to bring your clients and friends as well, and we do not charge for
our seminars.  Your input would be appreciated!

PS:  As an added incentive, remember that when I plan an event there is
always food involved!  In this case, both breakfast and lunch!
