Dear Gotham City Networking Members:

The Formica 1 Group is happy to announce that our newest member, Ed
Rayner, officially joined our Group at the September 21st meeting.  Ed is
an attorney with the law firm of Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt
LLP.  He specializes in executive compensation and employee benefits.  Ed
also negotiates employment agreements, severance and termination
agreements for his clients.  In addition, he advises clients with respect
to all forms of equity compensation (e.g., option plans, restricted stock
plans, and other similar plans).  Ed's firm is very well known in the
practice areas of hedge funds and real estate.  The firm has many
prominent clients in these sectors.
