[Fredslist] Quote/Statement/Thought needed for article on Internet Fraud and Identity Theft

Hello Gotham!
I am relatively new to Gotham, this is my first posting of a "needful
thing".

I am writing an article to be published in a nationally circulated financial
magazine on Internet Fraud and Identity Theft - primarily as it affects
Senior Citizens, and particularly the affluent. I need a compelling quote or
two from someone in the know on this topic to add to my article. This quote
could be re: how fraud (investment or otherwise) affects people emotionally,
or financially etc...Or, some other tangential way in which this kind of
'con' impacts our society. Even quotes regarding technology developed to
safeguard or laws and policies being created to protect. Perhaps an attorney
has a good story to summarize for the article on a case relating to this. I
have the article 85% written and now need contributors. Can be an  anonymous
contribution OR am happy to reference contributor for some good PR.
