We have a wonderful group!  I had so many responses to my request for help
for a couple stranded in Cancun.  To all of you who responded, thank you.
There are several with whom I have played phone or email tag and I thank
you too.

The end to the story is that our client was able to arrange for a private
plane to get into Cancun and bring the couple out.  All is well.

I appreciated all of the heartfelt help and so did our client.
