[Fredslist] Atlanta property management needed

A client owns a parcel of property in Lawrenceville, Georgia, a few miles outside of Atlanta, which is a free standing building net leased to CVS as a drug store.  We need someone down there who can act as a part time agent on behalf of the property owner to assist with coordinating repairs and other issues that arise from time to time.
