[Fredslist] Your are NOT Suspended

A recent worm hit our server and sent an email to all it could find 
with the subject line "Your email account will be suspended".

DO NOT OPEN and trash it immediately.  If you opened it, run your 
antivirus program.

We are taking steps to remedy this problem and hopefully avoid issues 
like this in the future.
