I need two air conditioners. Both are the type that are in the wall. I
don't know the terminology but the air comes out through a vent on top of.
The air conditioners are hidden behind some cabinetry. I have been told
that I need one 9,000 btu and one 12,000 btu. My problem is that I went to
two ac people who were recommended and both came in with a price of $2,500
per unit, installed. (There are old air conditioners installed which have
to come out.)
Are these the "real" prices or am I paying a premium for living in
Manhatten. Can someone give me advice?
Thanks,
