I would appreciate recommendations of a tax certiorari (real property tax
grievance) lawyer in Manhattan who can determine whether commencing a
proceeding might be worthwhile, and if so, can handle the matter.  Solo or
small firm practitioners preferred.  Name, firm,  phone #, and e-mail
address? 

The property in question consists of four ground floor commercial condo
units (storefronts) in a mixed-use (residential and commercial) building in
the East 60s.
