I have written a few times about my office toys, which include a yo-yo, a baseball, a rubber ball, and a few other assorted diversions.   My partner has a little putting green but he must not like it because he keeps it in a box.

My favorite is the little beach ball.   It is in the picture.  An appellate printer sent it to me as a holiday gift a few years ago.  Mostly I kick it onto the couch, the idea being that it cannot bounce off the wall or roll off the couch onto the floor.  With a little backspin, it floats in the air, and lands softly.  But it takes practice.

I like my beach ball.  It makes me happy.  My granddaughter likes to play with it too when she comes here.  I have thought about giving it to her.  I know she would like it.  And I would give her most anything.

But......not the beachball.
